Dr. Amber Randall was born and raised in Vermont. She completed her undergraduate at Harvard University majoring in Linguistics and Arabic language. In 1991 she graduated Magna cum laude from Harvard Medical School. She then took an internship and residency in Orthopedic surgery at the University of Massachusetts. Amber went on to accept the Otto E. Aufranc Fellowship in adult reconstruction Boston (Along with Karen Wu, first 2 women ever offered the position). Dr. Randall specializes in advanced technologies in hip and knee replacement, including robotics. In her free time, Amber enjoys running and skiing (Nordic ski NCAA div. 2 freestyle champion 1990; member of US running team 1998). She speaks English, French, Arabic, and is married to David Randall with one daughter, Elise.
