Is This Right For Me
Most people reach out after months of joint pain. Asking costs nothing.
Knee or hip pain gets in the way of how you walk, sleep, or keep up with the people you love.
You'd rather have a plan built for your own body than a one-size-fits-most operation.
You want concierge support from the moment you opt-in to surgery.
Surgery is one continuous journey, not a single event. Of the roughly 3,000 hours it spans, just one is spent in the operating room. The other 2,999 belong to preparation and, most of all, recovery. That is the stretch Kinomatic is built to support.
A team dedicated to your success
A board-certified surgeon who rehearses your 3D plan in VR before your surgery begins.
They build a 3D model of your exact joint, so your surgeon can plan the size and placement before day one.
Real people who answer your questions at every step, from your first call through recovery. Progress is checked at the moments that matter, so you’re never guessing how you’re doing.
Long before the day of surgery, your exact joint is scanned, rebuilt in 3D, measured, and rehearsed step by step.
A low-dose CT captures your exact anatomy, hip to ankle.
We rebuild your joint as a precise 3D model.
An engineer maps your alignment to fractions of a millimeter.
The best-fit implant is chosen and positioned for your body.
Your surgeon rehearses the full procedure in VR.
Every step is set in advance, so the day is about precision.
A guided recovery with your care team, the longest part of the journey.

Common Questions
Kinomatic is custom surgical planning. A team of engineers builds a 3D model of your exact joint from your scan. Your surgeon practices the surgery in it first. And a care team stays with you through recovery.
No. Kinomatic is not a robot, but many of our surgeons use our custom 3D plans during robotic-led surgery. With Kinomatic, your surgeon does the surgery, with the tools they trust.
Insurance does not cover custom planning, because it goes well beyond the standard surgery. You can often pay with HSA or FSA money, and we offer payment plans and financing through our partners. When you connect with a surgeon's practice, they can walk you through the cost for your case.
